Opt-Out Cookie for Excluding Self from Tracking

It would be highly beneficial to include an option to exclude oneself from tracking by setting a specific opt-out cookie, in addition to the existing method of adding an IP address. For convenience, this opt-out cookie could be enabled without requiring login by appending a query parameter to the URL, such as ?ia-opt-out=true. This feature would be particularly useful for users who frequently visit their own website from devices like smartphones, where they may not be logged into the admin panel. Moreover, for users without a static IP address, this solution would eliminate the need to constantly update their dynamically changing IP address in the Independent Analytics settings.
