Timezone Setting Override

It would be really helpful to have a timezone setting option for reports that was independent (heh) from the site Wordpress site setting. For example, our website is set to UTC and I don't want to change it because of other integrations. However, we are located in CST (Texas) so our reports are ~6 hours off and that can be annoying. I did see the KB article on Timezones but it seems like it should be within the realm of possibilities to add an IA setting that overrides the site default just for reporting.
